Cake Anyone?

Summer Cupcakes by Bothy Threads

I've been busy sewing over the last couple of weeks and attempting to put some semblance of order back in to the garden which was severely neglected last year due to having a newborn baby!  So far I have rediscovered the raspberry canes and let the chickens do their work on the very overgrown veggie patch!

We also have some new kits in stock at the Wonky Witch cavern which we really love and wanted to share them with you.  Anyone who is slightly cake obsessed (like me!) will love stitching these yummy looking cupcakes and with the Jubilee and Olympics looming; the celebration cupcakes are perfect!

Celebration Cupcakes by Bothy Threads

Stitched on a 14 count white aida the kits come with pre-sorted cottons, various beads, sequins (for the celebration cupcakes) and butterflies (for the summer cupcakes) and full charts and instructions.

The kits are by Bothy Threads and use full cross stitches and back stitches.

We have a few other new kits in stock so come and take a look on our website.

Speaking of cake, I was given a very good excuse to get baking when my daughter asked;

"can you make me strawberry cake please?"

The end results you can see below....and it didn't last long!!

Happy Stitching
